Nationwide Due Diligence
The Firm performs nationwide due diligence reviews on foreclosure and bankruptcy loans to assist investors in loan-pool acquisitions and boarding.
Litigation Practice
The Firm litigates real property and general business matters on behalf of secured lenders, large national lending institutions, loan servicers and foreclosure trustees. Services include residential and commercial mortgage matters including judicial foreclosure proceedings, receivership actions, quiet title matters, defense of wrongful foreclosure actions and other lender defense matters.
Nationwide Deeds-In-Lieu
The Firm offers a nationwide deed-in-lieu solution, effectively coordinating national title and closing for deed-in-lieu transfers, resolving title issues and managing the closings.
