A PSA on Pooling and Servicing Agreements (PSA)

The Fourth DCA reaffirms there are several methods to prove standing, including the introduction of a Pooling and Servicing Agreement (PSA) as long as the subject loan is listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
